Hello, on June 2nd, 2023, I purchased a TotalAV subscription that said it would remove the viruses that it stated were on my computer, but instead, I have only been getting even more pop-up ads from ******* Chrome" saying things such as my computer is being attacked, my privacy is in danger, and many other kinds of things that I believe are only meant to scare me into buying more of their products. I will use a different antivirus company that has customer support. It would not do anything when I selected the number they told me to press to cancel my account.Because of ************************ overcharging my card and the fact that they have NO customer service, I want a refund. I also tried calling their ********** telephone number (************) but got the same automated introductory message playing and replaying. It did NOT make a difference when I cleared my browser history. This error message appeared with every single internet browser I tried. On their website, I kept getting an error message when I tried contacting them (see the screenshot called "Error message from TotalAV". This is misleading advertising.I tried contacting TotalAV directly, with no success.

When I clicked Activate 80% discount now, TotalAV charged me the full amount instead of providing the discount that they promised. I had auto-renew turned off for my antivirus subscription with TotalAV (************************************).When I logged into my TotalAV account, they gave me an offer of 80% of my next renewal amount and that I would only pay USD$49 per year to stay protected (see TotalAV screenshot). We also recommend only running our antivirus by itself as multiple antivirus working on one system can cause issues, ranging from slow performance to the operating system crashing.
